the one big mistake i did when i started Bloggersmosaic is finding a partner..co founder.
to help me with design only.
i swear i think now that am idiot or the creepy people who contact me about bloggersmosaic design are so far from design…
any way to expand things and make sure am on right way..i just run a $1000 contest to re design bloggersmosaic on digitalpoint forum.
lets check what designers there will come up with, i couldn’t figure it…
don’t think i hate re design or current design..but i wanna deliver it right ..i know most sites re design from time to time (techcrunch did it last month or so)..yes we are 41 days officially launch, but another point of view will not harm as it will help.

Search Engine Optimisation is the sum of many parts.

In order to generate the maximum results from your SEO campaign, it is very important to streamline certain aspects of your online presence. 

1. Crawlability / Indexability

3. Browser title

An oldie, but still a very important ranking factor. The reasons given for it’s positive influence
are numerous:
- prominent location in the web page’s source code: the <title> tag usually sits high in the html source code, being one of the first content related tags the search crawler hits when visiting the page
- limited characters to define the page content = tight focus: a good title should be between 60 to 70 characters long, and strongly tie in with the on-page content
- prominent location and use in the search engine results: the text if the browser title is placed at the top of the search snippet, and is used as a link to that particular page of your website
Using the right keywords in the browser title to reflect relevant content on the page is crucial.

4. Site Architecture

Building on a best practice web development approach, the use of the correct keywords should also be reflected in the site navigation and internal linking structure. 5. Link Popularity

So when you decide to buy a domain name for your website, have a look around for older domain names. It could have a positive effect…

8. Hosting location, speed and reliability

Depending on which market you are trying to target (local/regional/local) it is important to consider where you want to host your website. Another aspect to consider is the reliability and the speed of your the server you are hosting on. If your web site is inaccessible too often, this could influence the crawlrate of the search engines, and ultimately have a negative effect on your rankings, because you cannot guarantee your site will provide the searcher with a positive user experience…
9. Keyword use in body text

Eye-tracking studies have shown that people scan web pages much faster than they would for instance a printed newspaper column. The usability tests would usually show an F or an E eye focus pattern, which clearly indicates the importance smart keyword placement throughout your copy. From your page title, through to your page footer…
There has been a lot of speculation about keyword density, as in, the number of times a word appears on the page. We would advise you to simply write naturally, and remember you are trying to communicate with people…  You can easily overdo it, which will only result in a negative effect on your conversions.

10. Meta description

This optional html tag has been a much debated topic in SEO circles for years.
Why is it important?  It is an important part of the search snippet. If you have a well written meta description, which highlights the relevance of your web page for that particular search,
it will be used in the search result snippet, and will ultimately generate more click-throughs than the search results listed above yours…
Not setting up a proper meta description will result in an “on-the-fly” snippet, taken from anywhere on your page, showing only part of a paragraph or sentence, surrounding the search term.  You have less control over your message, so by all means, create a good meta description, and try to keep it short and to the point (approx. 160 characters).

(come on i said it on first line). check it side wide and on their directory , bloggersmosaic logo shine the first spot!

Because i check many sites and blog daily ..i didn’t give Startup what they deserve ..so what is it ?
its an amazing magazine offline and online..i didn’t have chance to check the printed version yet , but now i have many reason to subscribe for it, and i can bet its awesome from the cover.

so what i really digg on that site is this page diet pills that work, they do compare pills for you which work which not ..i do believe that is such a neat idea…

So am trying to go to bed soon , but as guy without bf these days , its not that interesting to sleep early ,google for startup review to send emails about bloggersmosaic i got toProfy , and to be honest with you i do visit between 20-100 blogs daily randomly , some i send emails , some i comment, some i wish i have the power to shut down , but really view get the attention (ps. i don’t sub to rss), so to visit blog i like i save it on my to do note.

Its always good to build on some successful projects and create something new and useful plus giving credit for it, but to download a theme (who @ least 1000 other people did) then copy cat from R&F bloggers, or blogging about what they were bloging without give second or two to check the real story by your self…is un professional blogging/ journalism.

Well it’s 2:49 am …Saturday i know…

when i started thinking about Bloggersmosaic , i made sure to know the blogosphere and get the feedback , before go public and launch Bloggersmosaic…

So getting into blogger head is n’t easy ..but you try to find common things between all the bloggers, what they want and need then work it out, regardless the walking steps i made sure to have before launch…bloggers don’t really know what they want, specially who want to turn blogging into career , they do what the famous bloggers do “the shadow walks”, but the temptation to step up, or go out side the box, is something most don’t dare to do.

When i started Bloggersmosaic i was looking around, asking, read feedbacks , and get things changed, you can notice that from our flickr page , how the design changed , but the idea and concept keep as is from day one…listen to others.

I don’t know at this moment what really needs to be done ! i kept promoting for bloggersmosaic as far as from spamming ..emails , comments, scams for money, buying traffic …

I mean it, if you think i didn’t visit your blog/site, check your contact page , then got your email sue me tomorrow…

Comments …i never left link on a comment as i remember, unless i thought leaving a link will get the comment point, which as think will not be more than 10-20 times from 200-300 comments i made.

For traffic , i know i can get 20-100k traffic from buying it , i have the money to buy the traffic , but whom we are cheating! from day one i made my mind unless i bring target traffic, i don’t want you to visit my startup, if you are looking for born , why you are here? so 3k -5k i got monthly am proud to say they are blogosphere members.

Now back to Bloggersmosaic text, do you get what am trying to do ? ..you know i write it by my self …then hired someone to re write it, then re hire another one to rewrite first one did again…

I don’t know how someone can talk about Bloggersmosaic ,without saying or mentioning the tree/ green movement we are trying to do ?

About pixel things ..so what the hell is milliondollarhomepage thing? every time you mention pixel someone will come and say its like…ok now for all of those, i will go after each one of them if i have too..and ask them how you can run such project like Bloggersmosaic without measurement ?

How you can measure what am selling you ? last night i went with my dad to buy new tv for his office ..yes they use pixel ? are you saying they are doing what milliondollarhomepage did?

When i start Bloggersmosaic i was really inspire from that 2k bloggers project ( if you know the domain owner , tell him reply to your emails if you wanna sell the domain) , then the awesome twitter poster…am gonna say it once…if you think Bloggersmosaic is another milliondollarhomepage project…fuck off yes you read it clear FUCK OFF, even if you wanna buy 1000 spots you will never get it.

Nothing wrong with trying to promote your blog and your self plus helping earth ..in my head and i know am not stupid,  what Bloggersmosaic offers is such an amazing deal. You don’t believe? come up with a simple start up for bloggers to promote their own blogs, success with and let me know .

From first moment and until the moment this project make it, i will keep saying : its dead simple idea, i can tell you a thousand words about how this project is n’t simple and better than your blog, but that is n’t me n’t my site idea.

I noticed and am sure you did too , how many are bragging about how much his/her start up costs, will get this Bloggersmosaic cost me until last night $200 most of them went to webhost . now Bloggersmosaic from 5 months paying itself webhost ..and other stuff, pr costs is another thing because we just started it, and not from actual startup cost…yes am gonna do like what bragging people did…

If you find someone who can say i know how to make startup success , don’t believe unless he knows who can talk about it, am believing this day after day , its n’t what you do for your startup or what your startup does , its about who you know.

Don’t ever believe if you don’t take the step to know “people”, you will success never never never…Don’t get me wrong now its n’t that easy but n’t hard as it used to be…and have something worth telling about.

Getting the right tactic to success to know the “people”, is something you will never find one signal person to tell you ..even me!
